About Juanita
Juanita Williams is a prophetic teacher, empowerment coach, and founder of MasterWork Movement, a faith-based movement dedicated to helping women heal, embrace their identity in Christ, discover their purpose, and boldly fulfill their God-given assignment.
Juanita's message was born from her own transformational journey. At fifty-two, God awakened her to the truth of her identity and used her healing journey to reveal her purpose. Through that experience, she discovered a life changing truth: what God healed in her became the message He entrusted to her. Today, Juanita is passionate about helping women understand that they are not unfinished, overlooked, or ordinary—they are intentionally created by God with value, purpose, and potential.
Through biblical teaching, prophetic encouragement, coaching, workshops, digital resources, and community engagement, she equips women to move from healing to identity, identity to purpose, and purpose to impact. Her desire is not simply to see women restored, but to see restored women become restorers, women who develop their gifts, walk confidently in their calling, lead with wisdom and integrity, and use their transformation to influence others.
Through MasterWork Movement, Juanita is building a global community of women who embrace their identity as God's MasterWork, experience healing and restoration, and boldly fulfill their God-given purpose. Her vision is to see their transformation create a legacy of faith, freedom, and lasting impact in families, churches, workplaces, communities, and generations.
Grounded in Scripture and guided by the values of integrity, love, grace, gentleness, and patience, Juanita approaches prophetic ministry with humility, compassion, and respect for each person's God-given autonomy.
